Head of Sales for Cramo Adapteo Finland
You will be responsible for growing our customer base, revenue and profit of our Finnish business, together with a team of 6 Sales Reps.
The successful candidate will steer and coach the sales team in daily operations to high performance. You will develop our strategic sales and marketing plan to meet our strategy for continued growth of existing customer base as well as new business segments. Your will be part of Cramo Adapteo’s cross border Sales team to develop our sales operations and strategy for increased customer satisfaction. An entrepreneur attitude and competitive mind will be an assets for you.
We believe that you have strong (7+ years) experience in Sales and Marketing within different industries and in international businesses. As well as previous experience from Management roles and transformation projects. You are passionate about leading, coaching and empowering your team members. You have an University degree, BSc or equivalent.
As a person you:
Have a solid and successful sales track record, are a convincing communicator and mature in your coaching leadership style. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Finnish.
The role is based in our office in Ylöjärvi near Tampere or in Helsinki area. Traveling is part of the role.
